We are looking for a People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us attract top talent, drive a strong company culture, and create meaningful experiences for our employees. In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications, cultural events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related fields with interest in the Social Media area.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, or People & Culture roles.
  • Knowledge of selection processes and interview techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, organized, and proactive mindset.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken) - Required 
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Proactive and results oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source active and passive talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Coordinate and improve onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Draft candidate resumes and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system.
  • Design and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize internal events, recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness actions.
  • Support other HR initiatives as needed.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva, basic video editing).
  • Previous work in startups or agile environments.
