Talent Acquisition Analyst

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Provide valuable support to the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in candidate sourcing and initial screening.
• Collaborate on recruitment projects and initiatives, actively participating in team efforts.
• Maintain organized and accurate recruitment records for analysis.
• Contribute to the interview and assessment processes for candidates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
• Assist in creating and implementing workforce planning strategies.
• Participate in onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support the team in delivering a positive candidate experience.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a recruitment support role
• Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data analysis, and candidate engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support talent acquisition strategies
• Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and the latest recruitment technologies
Other Qualifications:
• Progress toward advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Human Resources or data analysis is a plus
