- As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support our People team with a dedicated focus on Recruitment and Employer Branding.
- This is not a passive recruitment role; it requires a strong hunter mentality to actively seek out top talent rather than waiting for applications to arrive. You will take charge of leading the search for key, high-impact positions within the company. Working closely with team leaders, you will help identify staffing needs and gain insights into current job market trends—such as talent availability, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skills to effectively attract suitable candidates.
- Assist in managing the full recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to extending offers, and collaborating with leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Lead the active hunting and outbound sourcing of candidates for critical roles, particularly BDRs and English Consultants.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates using various channels; review resumes, perform interviews and assess candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Integrate AI tools to optimize and automate recruitment processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Manage and lead the company's Employer Branding strategy.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives.
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment-related roles; internships are acceptable.
- Demonstrated experience in active headhunting and candidate sourcing (outbound recruitment).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (higher level is a must since you will need to interview in English).
- A highly proactive, hands-on, "can do, will do" mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to think outside the box.

What We Do
The all-in-one solution for learning professional English. Slang's platform features the largest offering of professional English courses in the world, with more than 200 courses in highly specialized areas — from Manufacturing to Psychology — and in the next three years we’ll have more than 1,000. Our extensive library allows companies and universities to bring their teams beyond basic English by creating hyper-personalized career paths — right down to the job title or major — regardless of area, industry, or role. Slang started at MIT as a research project where they discovered a highly adaptive learning experience — powered by the latest in ML and NLP — that creates the most efficient path to fluency by focusing only on what learners don’t already know. This innovative experience led Slang to be recognized as the world’s most promising startup of 2020 at the Global Edtech Startup Awards. Headquarters: Boston, MA Offices in: Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil Learn more about our unique approach at slangapp.com. We’d love to field any questions you have about our product and vision!
