About the Job:

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help attract high-quality talent to the organization.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
  • Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
  • Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are an advantage
  • Equivalent work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be considered in place of a formal degree.
  • Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR-related role.
  • Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and levels.
  • Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred.
  • Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams.

Preferred Background / Industry Experience:

  • Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environments (agency or in-house).
  • Prior experience recruiting across multiple functions or industries is an advantage.
  • Exposure to international hiring or remote/global recruitment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting hiring for corporate, operational, or technical roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with working in structured HR or talent acquisition teams is beneficial.
