We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Advisor to drive proactive talent attraction and sourcing strategies for critical roles across the Industrial Business Group. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines for hard‑to‑find talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to translate market insights into hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Proactive Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping: Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market research, and talent mapping for engineering and manufacturing roles within the Industrial Business Group.
Hiring & Conversion Ownership: Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to convert sourced and inbound talent through an effective, data-informed hiring process from initial engagement to offer and onboarding.
Talent Attraction Strategy: Design and execute targeted talent attraction strategies by role family and skill set, leveraging candidate personas, labor market insights, and compelling outreach messaging across LinkedIn, Gem, referrals, and talent communities.
Candidate Engagement & Experience: Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer, ensuring personalized communication, transparency, and timely follow-up throughout the hiring journey.
Hiring Manager Advisory: Educate and influence hiring managers on market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and competitive talent insights to shape realistic and effective hiring strategies.
Employer Branding: Partner with the employer branding team to promote open opportunities to attract top talent and to position the company as an employer of choice.
Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external employment laws.

High response and engagement rates from proactive outreach
Positive hiring manager feedback on market insights and candidate quality
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a heavy focus on sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline building through pipeline building through proactive outreach, sourcing campaigns, and talent community management. Any experience hiring engineering roles within manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical space will be a bonus.
Skills Required
Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and boolean search capability
Talent market research, labor market intelligence, and competitor mapping
Ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach and employer value propositions for niche talent audiences
Data-driven sourcing and pipeline optimization, leveraging outreach and funnel performance metrics
Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms; experience with Workday, Gem, and LinkedIn strongly preferred
Strong prioritization and workflow management skills across proactive sourcing pipelines
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, market-oriented approach
Working knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements
