Job DescriptionAbout the role
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, partnering with hiring managers to deliver great hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience.
This role is open to applications from candidates based in WA or Brisbane, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work across diverse national recruitment projects.
This is a busy and varied role where you’ll:
- Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines
- Run high-volume recruitment campaigns across different industries
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and complete reference checks
- Build talent pipelines and engage with external networks and communities
- Support new starters through the onboarding process
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes over time
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and a strong employer brand
About you
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume or bulk recruitment environments
- Around 5 years recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working across different job types, industries or business units
- A strong focus on delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Experience in the resources, industrial, or technical sectors (highly desirable)
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
