You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

This role is responsible for Recruitment Marketing and Strategic Sourcing with focus on working with internal talent acquisition team to define hiring needs and develop relevant recruitment marketing communication. This role will also work on researching talent trends and to create impactful data story to facilitate hiring decisions and talent conversation for India TA Team across functions in India BU.
Primary Responsibilities of the role:
Branding:

  • Create and execute campaigns including the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and event strategy for diverse audiences. to support recruitment marketing results and impact on hiring objectives.
  • Work on creating key insight stories based on internal & external data and outside market insights.
  • Champion marketing and events to attract underrepresented talent.
  • Programmatically streamline processes and incorporate best practices.
  • Support regional talent attraction event efforts such as trade shows, hosted networking events, etc.


Sourcing and Pipelining:

  • You will lead, help create Intuit's pipelining strategies for key roles across India BU.
  • You will help to build and execute strategies to identify and attract diverse candidates for business groups.
  • You will partner with internal recruitment team to critically assess talent markets and hit data-driven sourcing targets.


Ideal candidate will have:

  • MBA/PGDM - HR
  • Atleast 5 years experience in Recruitment Backoffice
  • Very strong at MS-Excel
  • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas
  • Strong communication skills
  • Someone who can think 'outside-the-box'
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of using employer banding Tools
