  • Delivering high-volume and project recruitment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

  • Developing pro-active talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.

  • Collaborating with recruitment marketing to enhance employer brand and candidate attraction.

  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and provide market insights and advice.

  • Ensuring recruitment compliance, reporting accuracy and adherence to policies and processes.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally across volume or operational roles (hospitality, retail or similar is advantageous)

  • Ability to drive consistent results and adapt to changing needs of the business

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences

  • Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Confidence advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience using recruitment HRIS systems (we use Workday)

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice, compliance and labour market trends

To be considered, you must have permanent, unrestricted Australian working rights.
