EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field; a combination of relevant education and experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.
- Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Computer experience required - proficiency with spreadsheet, database & word processing programs.
- Knowledge of policies, laws and regulations related to recruitment, EEO/AAP, etc., strongly preferred.
