Talent Acquisition Administrator (Alajuela, Costa Rica)

The TA Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective recruitment process within Talent Acquisition. The role will ensure compliance with TA processes including documentation retention, scheduling, and coordinating complex virtual and onsite interviews and providing data analytics when required.

This is not a leadership role; it is an administrative position focused on operational support.

What will you be doing?

Support & Planning

• Schedule and coordinate complex interviews, including virtual, and on-site.

• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview invitations, reminders, and post-interview updates.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and interviewers as needed.

• Ensures interviews and candidate travel requirements are scheduled promptly and related expenses reimbursed expediently. 

Data management & Compliance

• Ensures strict adherence with TA processes to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.  

• Ensure required documentation is maintained and assists with the audit process as required.

Reporting & Analytics

• Provide applicant tracking and reporting as needed.

• Conduct data analytics when required.

Talent Acquisition Support

• Assisting with other talent acquisition activities as needed (e.g., sourcing, posting jobs)

What will you need to be successful?

Experience:

• 3 years of Administrative Experience.

• Experience managing complex calendar events.

• Focus on providing excellent customer service.

• Fluency in English. Portuguese (preferred).

Education:

• BS/BA degree or related experience.

• Competencies: Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems, Data Analytics, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Customer Focus, Relationship Building, Strong oral and written communication skills required
