We’re hiring a Takedown Analyst to join our team and play a key support role in Axur’s takedown process. This position is perfect for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional who enjoys analyzing digital content, engaging with providers and internal teams, and contributing to process efficiency and innovation. A typical workday might include:
- Analyzing case flows within the takedown process;
- Drafting abuse report templates for providers and platforms;
- Communicating with internal teams and external entities such as hosting providers, registrars, registries, and others involved in the takedown process;
- Reviewing digital content in takedown tickets;
- Assisting in the implementation of new strategies and technologies to enhance takedown efficiency;
- Staying up to date with legislative changes and best practices related to online content removal.
Indispensable Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including the ability to identify fraud, phishing, data leaks, and other types of digital abuse.
Important Skills:
- Advanced Spanish;
- Ongoing or completed courses in Law, International Relations, or Information Security;
- Knowledge in Digital Law, LGPD, Intellectual Property, Networks, Information Security, or CSIRT operations.
