Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Taiwan Logistics Leader to oversee and manage all logistics operations within Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and

improve overall efficiency.

• Manage and oversee all logistics operations, including transportation,

warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and

accurate delivery of goods.

• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage logistics budgets and control costs while maintaining high service levels.

• Identify and mitigate risks within the logistics operations.

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and

systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company

remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a

related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, including SAP logistics modules.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry.

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
