Job Requirements:

• 13-15 years’ experience implementing leading EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions including the CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan.
• Experience working in global delivery model collaborating with colleagues across multiple geographies (i.e. North America, Europe, India, and Singapore).
• Solution architect with 5-8 end to end implementation and experience in EPM solutions both cloud and on-premises.
• Should have comprehensive functional knowledge financial close and consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, profitability and cost management, and/or financial and management reporting.
• Should have extensive hands-on experience with good client facing capabilities and communication skills and should be able to design and build complex EPM systems.
• Prior team management experience and experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff).
• Should be able to manage sales pursuits and assist the team with demos or customer POCs and actively participate in presales activities.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions.
• The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
• A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
