We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to design, build, and optimize dashboards that turn data into actionable insights. This role involves collaboration with clients, problem-solving, and leveraging technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Connect Tableau to various data sources, build optimized Tableau data models using best practices, and ensure model scalability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor team members to elevate team performance.
- Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and technical reviews.
- Stay updated on Tableau features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Data & Analytics consulting
- Strong report development skills with Tableau Desktop/Server
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Excellent understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms
- Communicate effectively with teammates and clients, and your experience backs that up.
- Tableau certifications preferred
