Your role at Exness:
We are looking for a Tableau Developer in the Information Technology division in Limassol, Cyprus. The Tableau Developer is a role in the Big Data Team which requires a deep understanding of Tableau, who will not only develop and maintain dashboards but also administer Tableau Server. The key responsibility is to ensure high performance and system stability, as well as proactively optimize existing solutions in Tableau and Metabase.
You will:
Work towards the development of Data Visualization Services for Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Administer and maintain Tableau Server and Metabase
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Define business and data requirements to provide effective self-service data analysis and reporting automation across the company through constant collaboration with BI analysts and key stakeholders
- Proactively analyze existing dashboards, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements in both platforms.
- Collaborate with dashboard owners to jointly optimize visualizations and database queries.
- Automate existing management and operational reports
- Provide daily support to business users with issues/ questions related to BI reporting and visualization instruments.
- Support and develop best practices for working with Tableau and Metabase within the company.

- Proven experience as a Tableau Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Tableau Server architecture and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
