NinjaOne is scaling rapidly, and we're seeking a seasoned Tableau Analyst to collaborate across global teams and drive accelerated business growth. Reporting to the VP Global Sales Operations, you will spearhead crafting user-friendly Tableau dashboards & reports to help provide actionable insights & drive business growth.
Advanced proficiency in Tableau will be indispensable, enabling you to create visually compelling dashboards & reports for our team. If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, embrace complexity, and excel as a persuasive data storyteller, this role is tailored for you.

Location: Remote, but must be located in the Philippines, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, or Brazil.
- Philippine working hours: 8am-5pm Central (PHT UTC+8)
- Mexico/ Ecuador/Colombia/Brazil. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CT, UTC-5)
What You'll be Doing
- Develop, implement, and maintain Tableau data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Build & publish customized interactive Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Build enablement documentation for Tableau visualizations.
- Write and optimize created fields, parameters, scripts, and queries.
- Collaborate with team members on requirements & reporting feedback.
- Additional duties as assigned.

About You:
- 4+ Years of experience in a sales analyst role with depth of experience in using Tableau
- Proficient in Tableau. Has the ability to effectively utilize features and Best Practices of Tableau and visual analytics to maximize the impact and utility of visualization products.
- Expert in handling complex datasets & visualizing key metrics for stakeholders.
- Ability to self-manage roadmaps and independently execute a Tableau project.
- Excellent English writing, editing, and speaking skills at a tested level of C2 or native proficiency required
