Opportunity Overview
Handshake is seeking experienced Table Games Managers and gaming operations professionals to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional full-time casino or property role. You’ll use your real-world experience overseeing table games operations, supervising staff, and managing guest experience to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand gaming operations, procedures, and service standards.
This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be done alongside your primary employment.
Who This Is For
This project is designed for professionals who are already working (or have recently worked) in roles such as:
Table Games Manager or Assistant Table Games Manager
Pit Manager, Pit Boss, or Floor Supervisor with table games oversight
Casino Operations Supervisor with significant table games responsibility
Gaming Manager in casinos, cruise ships, or other regulated gaming environments
This is not a traditional full-time role. You’ll apply once and, if qualified, be considered for part-time, project-based work as new projects become available.
What You’ll Do
This project involves using your professional experience as a Table Games Manager or gaming operations leader to design job-related questions and review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world table games operations.
No prior AI or technical experience is required.
Qualifications
We’re looking for established professionals with:
4+ years of professional experience in table games management or closely related gaming operations leadership roles
Hands-on experience supervising table games operations, managing dealers or floor staff, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and following written guidelines
Professional judgment, reliability, and a high standard of discretion and confidentiality, especially with sensitive or proprietary information.
