As a Table Games Floorperson, you play a vital role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of gaming tables during your shift. You train, supervise, and monitor dealers to ensure consistent adherence to approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Working closely with the Table Games Manager, you act as a key support to both leadership and frontline teams by maintaining operational excellence, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional guest service.
