Requirements
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Create compelling and detailed job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with company culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure a successful hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, fostering long-term relationships with top talent.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals and deadlines.
• Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to inform hiring strategies and recommendations.
Eligibility:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or any other equivalent degree with 4-8 years Industry experience in HR
• Recruitment Experience in pharma sector would be an added advantage
