About the role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help with our global expansion! In this role, you will be partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to build and drive sourcing strategies and identify potential candidates and talent pipeline. You will help to identify and engage talents to better understand their experiences, interests and motivations to attract top talents for Aspire.
What will you be doing?
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategy to identify and engage top talents.
- Actively search for passive candidates through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools to build a strong network of talent pool.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine their alignment to open positions
- Identify and leverage alternative creative sourcing methods
- Handle a high volume of requisitions while prioritizing workload based on business needs.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for hard to fill positions.
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience.
- Optimize current sourcing processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
- Be our ambassador to advocate Aspire as a great place to work for all candidates.
- Conduct data analysis and share market insights with business leader to support business growth
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- 3 years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Proficient with LinkedIn, boolean search or other sourcing tools
- Creative and think outside the box
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize work.
- Passion for finance, technology, and start-ups
- Enjoy working with people and getting to know them. Have empathy
