TA Recruiter Supervisor
Reports to: TA Manager
Under the general direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and managing the day-to-day operations of the designated Talent Acquisition (TA) recruitment team. This individual will be accountable for implementing recruitment strategies that prioritize both client and candidate experience. The Talent Recruiting Supervisor will also play an active role in recruiting for vacancies within their designated team.
TA Recruiter Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily workflow and recruitment activities for a team of recruitment professionals, including development, coaching and performance of staff.
- Responsible for building a positive culture and for holding team members accountable to the same.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all clients and team members.
- Drives the recruitment process for the team and assures the best candidate is hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment.
- Understand and communicate current vacancies and recruitment priorities. Identifies and communicates trends in the applicant pools. Assist with the preparation of pipeline/hiring reporting.
- Able to develop highly creative and effective solutions despite the absence of information and short time frames.
- Focuses on continuous improvement by exploring opportunities for enhancing, revising or modifying existing standards/methods and developing proposals for implementing changes. Supports, guides and teaches others how to solve and anticipate problems and develop solutions.
- Understand and have the ability to communicate career levels, compensation, benefits and growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or Related field (required)
5+ years dedicated recruitment experience.3+ years' experience developing and coaching others. Experience working in a healthcare setting with multiple regions and/or sites (required)CRM - Phenom, ATS – Workday, Excel (preferred)
