About the Team 

 

Our People Services Excellence team plays a vital role in helping People Services achieve its goal of delivering a high-quality service by streamlining processes. This diverse team is skilled in process improvement, data analysis, reporting, and managing projects. Working closely with our Regional and Global Capability Centres, they bring valuable expertise in troubleshooting, process redesign, and data systems.

Together with the People Services Leadership Team, the People Service Excellence Team fosters a culture of ongoing enhancement and a commitment to service excellence.

The team operates on a global scale to ensure uniformity in methods while tailoring solutions to local needs when necessary. They focus on incorporating feedback from customers through process owners and users and the management team's disciplined approach helps translate strategic goals into tangible outcomes, overseeing initiatives from start to finish to guarantee the realisation of anticipated benefits.

About the Role 

 

Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying and understanding any gaps in Talent Acquisition processes and leveraging continuous improvement methodology, ensuring alignment with Haleon’s Talent Acquisition Strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition processes.

  • Develop and optimize Talent Acquisition workflows and procedures to enhance hiring manager and candidate experience.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for talent acquisition processes, providing guidance, support to People Services Talent Acquisition team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBP, Centre of Excellence, People Services, business, Risk and Compliance teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the process.

  • Benchmark Talent Acquisition processes against industry best practices and to ensure best-in-class processes and end-to-end lifecycle.

  • Stay abreast of updates and changes in HR regulations and best practices to proactively adjust processes to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and Haleon’s policies in the execution of Talent Acquisition processes.

  • Establish best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Monitor and analyze service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics (KPIs), identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in related field.

Technical  

  • Awareness of employment laws and regulations.

  • Deep knowledge of tools and technologies especially Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Analytical and able to interpret recruitment metrics, generate and translating insights into actionable plans.

  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition processes and functional areas, with a comprehensive understanding of related domains and proven ability to apply agile methodology for optimizing recruitment strategies and workflows.

  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, with a strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving measurable outcomes.
