Anchor is scaling in the US, and we are looking for a TA & People Operations Manager to join our team in Austin.
You won't just fill positions; you will be responsible for our most valuable asset, our people.
In this role, you will lead our U.S. hiring efforts while supporting the ongoing people and office operations of our Austin site. You won’t just fill roles, you’ll help build the foundation of our U.S. team and support our people throughout their journey at Anchor.
Working closely with our HR team in TLV and local leadership in Austin and TLV, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, supporting employees, and scaling our Commercial and Go-to-Market teams.
- Experience: 3-4 years of in-house recruiting experience, specifically within a high-growth startup – Must.
- Commercial Expertise: A proven track record of recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success (CSM), and Support roles.
- Recruiting Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and modern ATS platforms. Experience with Spark Hire – Preferred.
- Independence: You are comfortable working with a remote manager and can manage your time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships with senior management.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. You are resilient, proactive, and result-oriented.
