The Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Analytics Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence, data analytics, and process transformation across Talent Acquisition and broader HR initiatives within EMENA & GBI.
This role owns the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and analytics, while also leading on process optimization, data and analytics for all cross-functional HR projects through the development of scalable process solutions, reporting frameworks, and data insights.
The position acts as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leadership, ensuring recruitment and HR operations are efficient, data-driven, globally aligned, and capable of supporting evolving workforce needs.
This role translates strategic priorities into operational execution, leveraging technology, analytics, and process design to deliver a best-in-class employee lifecycle and experience across EMENA & GBI.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations & Process Excellence
- Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes across EMENA & GBI, ensuring alignment with global standards and business strategy.
- Own and evolve TA operating models, SOPs, and frameworks to support scalable, efficient, and high-quality hiring practices.
- Drive process standardization and automation across recruitment, pre-boarding, and hiring workflows.
- Partner with HR, TA, and CoEs globally to implement modern, data-driven talent acquisition methodologies.
- Lead TA operational projects including system enhancements, process redesign, and workflow optimization.
- Act as subject matter expert for TA technology, systems integrations, and process architecture.
- Develop and maintain TA knowledge platforms, onboarding materials, and capability-building resources
Data Analytics, Reporting & Workforce Insights
- Own data and analytics strategy across EMENA & GBI, ensuring consistent, accurate, and actionable reporting.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics across TA and HR projects.
- Provide data insights to support decision-making for TA, HR, and business leadership.
- Lead workforce analytics, trend analysis, and predictive insights related to hiring, skills gaps, and workforce planning.
- Prepare executive-level reporting for operating reviews, business reviews, and leadership meetings.
- Develop data storytelling to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
HR Projects, Process Solutions & Transformation
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic HR process solutions , developing scalable frameworks, analytics, and reporting models that strengthen operational effectiveness across the HR function.
- Own and drive HR process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, governance, and service delivery through process redesign and optimization.
- Lead the implementation of HR technology initiatives and system enhancements , ensuring alignment between process design, digital capabilities, and organizational transformation priorities.
- Lead regional HR transformation and operational excellence projects , providing structured project management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight.
- Design and implement analytics and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision making and provide visibility into HR operational performance.
Stakeholder Management & Global Collaboration
- Serve as a key operational advisor to HR leadership , shaping and delivering HR strategic initiatives through effective program execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Influence decision-making through data, insights, and operational expertise .
- Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and ensure alignment across regions.
- Collaborate with Global TA, HR, and Technology teams on system and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and expertise to hiring community, HR, and leadership on TA processes and data.
Governance, Technology & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure TA and HR processes comply with global standards and policies.
- Drive adoption of recruitment technology and automation tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
- Build business cases for process improvements, system changes, and new tools.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualification & Experiences
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR operations, or HR analytics in a global environment.
- Proven experience leading process improvement, transformation, or technology implementation projects.
- Experience working across multiple regions / global scope.
- Strong expertise in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Experience supporting HR or TA strategy through operational execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Ability to translate strategy into operational solutions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting HR projects beyond Talent Acquisition is preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7 years Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or similar.
- Experience in global / regional HR or TA environment.
- Experience with HRIS / ATS systems required.
- Advanced Excel / Power BI / reporting tools preferred.
