For our OTC&Trade team, we are looking for a new TA Marketing Manager (Brand Manager) for OTC products, based in Bucharest, whose main responsibilities will be to:

- Prepare marketing plan for product portfolio (develop strategy and tactics)

- Prepares regular reports on market analysis, competitor analysis and prepares timely response to market trends

- Continuously updates sales plans and forecasts

- Closely monitors new product launches

- Conducts field visits with the promotion force, providing support and evaluation of field activities

- Presents the marketing strategy to the promotion force and constantly monitors the proper implementation of the strategy and plans

- Identifies trends, opportunities and threats on assigned product groups and proposes appropriate measures

- Develops and manages the level of investment to support the recommended activities, ensuring and monitoring the long-term profitability of the products in line with the group strategies

- Monitor, control and report periodically on product budgets, forecasts and expenditure; evaluate marketing mixes of products assigned for promotion to assess product performance, cost efficiency and results

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

·       2-3 years previous brand management experience in Pharma industry/FMCG

·       University degree in Business or similar studies.

·       Proficient in English (writing and speaking)

·       Planning and organizing skills

·       Role specific Operational Excellence: Accountability, Communication, Influencing, Adaptability, Customer Focus and Integrity
