The Role

Job Details:

Summary:  
This position will be responsible for providing outstanding levels of customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners. The individual in this role will act as a key partner to assigned Talent Acquisition Lead; Supporting the full life-cycle recruitment tasks and assisting in achieving department goals and metrics.  
Responsibilities Include:  
Support the talent acquisition team at different points in the process such as interview scheduling, offer creation, and collaborating with onboarding team to ensure smooth pre-employment onboarding for new hires.  
Organize schedule and confirm all interviews for management and management support candidates.  
Work with the talent acquisition team to ensure that the entire talent acquisition process and candidate experience exceeds expectations and are consistent with Tyson Foods Inc. guidelines.  
Assist with hiring processes that align all set compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines.  
Assist in sourcing, internal only req management, and networking to build manage and maintain qualified talent pipelines.  
Take on other duties as assigned that are related to the talent acquisition process.  
Requirements:  
Education: Associate or bachelor s Degree Preferred.  
Experience: 1 plus years of work experience. Experience in talent acquisition or event planning preferred.  
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Use of an applicant tracking system preferred.  
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills.

$15.87 - $30.77

Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this position based on various factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. Pay is just one part of Tyson’s total compensation package.
