Job Brief
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Corporate Communication Intern to join our Internal Team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in recruitment, HR operations, and corporate communication and want hands-on exposure to real hiring and employer branding processes.

Role Overview & Expectations :
The intern will support both Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communication functions. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, along with an eagerness to learn recruitment processes and internal communication workflows.
As a JumpStart Intern, you will support:
Talent Acquisition

• Assisting in job postings, sourcing, and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Supporting resume screening and shortlisting activities
• Coordinating interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams
• Updating ATS and recruitment trackers
• Supporting candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Corporate Communication 

• Assisting in drafting internal announcements and communication content
• Supporting employer branding activities (LinkedIn posts, campaigns, etc.)
• Coordinating with design teams for communication material
• Supporting internal engagement activities and initiatives
   

Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (completed or in progress)
Core Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
