Role Overview
- We’re seeking a Senior Temenos T24 Developer to join our growing team of technology enthusiasts. In this role, you’ll lead the development and optimization of banking applications using Temenos Transact (T24), while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- This position blends deep technical expertise with problem-solving and client-facing communication. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable software.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations and interfaces in Temenos T24 (Transact)
- Work on core banking modules: AA, FT, AC, LD, MM, Customer Management
- Develop and optimize T24 routines: Enquiries, Versions, OFS, TM, browser customizations
- Lead and participate in T24 upgrades, patching, and enhancement projects
- Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and documentation
- Provide support across UAT, SIT, and production environments
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 development
- Strong programming skills in jBASE, InfoBasic, and T24 Toolkit
- Deep understanding of T24 architecture and modules (AA, AC, FT, LD, MM)
- Experience with TAFJ environments and release upgrades
- Proficient in web services (IRIS), OFS integration, SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with browser/UI customization and third-party system integration
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in a T24 context
- Understanding of banking business processes and compliance standards
