The Business Process Owner – Logistics Systems will serve as the key point of contact for all digital systems and tools used within Global Logistics Operations. This includes in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Real-Time Visibility Platforms (RTVP), and Traceability Systems. The role is critical in leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of logistics systems across global operations, in close collaboration with the Global TECH function and affiliate Logistics teams.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for overseeing the capabilities and integration of 3PL systems and tools, ensuring efficient data exchange and operational alignment between internal platforms and external logistics partners in coordination with local Proximity teams.
Your Key missions:
Act as the primary liaison between Logistics operations, TECH function, and affiliates for all logistics-related digital tools and platforms.
Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of logistics systems (WMS, TMS, WCS, RTVP, Traceability Systems).
Define and document business requirements, translating them into system functionalities and technical specifications.
Drive process standardization and system harmonization across global logistics operations.
Oversee ERP–3PL system integrations, ensuring robust connectivity and data accuracy.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Support change management, training, and onboarding initiatives related to logistics systems.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with global supply chain strategies
