The Opportunity
Join us as a Training & Development Leader and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead training programs that boost performance and engagement.
- Partner with leadership and HR to enhance onboarding experiences.
- Track and analyze training KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and optimize training management systems.
- Develop materials using adult learning principles.
- Drive accountability for employee capability development.
- Benchmark best practices and share insights across teams.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Hands-on experience with lean management systems.
- Proven success in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in coaching and adult learning methodologies.
