Responsabilidades Principales
En tu día a día como Técnico Facilities, realizarás mantenimiento integral de las instalaciones del centro de distribución. Tus actividades incluyen ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo de equipos de transporte siguiendo planes de trabajo establecidos, mantener y reparar estanterías, y completar rutinas de documentación según procedimientos definidos.
Trabajarás con sistemas robóticos realizando mantenimiento básico y solución de problemas en células de trabajo robóticas. Gestionarás el inventario de refacciones por departamento y resolverás problemas eléctricos y mecánicos en equipos de manipulación de materiales. El mantenimiento incluye componentes como motores, sensores de proximidad, fotoceldas, relevadores, solenoides, arrancadores de motor y tacómetros, además de proporcionar soporte en solución de problemas de controles lógicos programables (PLC) y electrónica básica.

Formación Académica:
Ingeniería Electromecánica, Eléctrica, Mecánica o carrera afín
Experiencia Requerida:
2 años de experiencia comprobable en las siguientes áreas técnicas:
Sistema contra incendios
HVAC (climatización y sistemas de extracción)
Plomería industrial
Electricidad industrial básica (120V, 220V, 480V trifásico - NO control)
Sistemas de bombeo de agua
Transportadores automatizados y sus controles
Reparación de equipos de manipulación de materiales
Área mecánica o eléctrica
Normativas de seguridad en equipos de manejo de materiales
Sistemas computarizados de gestión de mantenimiento (CMMS)

Skills Required
- Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of verifiable technical maintenance experience
- Experience with fire suppression systems
- Experience with HVAC, climate-control, and exhaust systems
- Experience with industrial plumbing
- Experience with basic industrial electrical systems, including 120V, 220V, and 480V three-phase systems
- Experience with water pumping systems
- Experience with automated conveyors and their controls
- Experience repairing material-handling equipment
- Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations for material-handling equipment
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
