Descripción del empleo- Apoyar a los gerentes de producción en el análisis diario de datos en las lineas de producción y KPI de operaciones.
- Responsable de analizar y proporcionar la recopilación de datos que puedan afectar los indicadores o el rendimiento de la gestión operativa con el fin de prevenir riesgos adicionales y garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos a nivel planta.
- Garantizar la calidad, seguridad, productividad de los centros de costos
- Control de turnos de empleados (alineación directa con supervisores y/o Gerentes de área)
- Ayudar a administrar de manera eficiente los recursos de producción asignados y coordinación directa con clientes internos Calidad, ESH, IE, NPL, RH etc.
- Elaborar presentaciones de indicadores claves de area y mejoría de performance.

- Educación:
