- Arranque de líneas de producción SMT y PTH, asegurando cumplimiento de parámetros de proceso
- Toma de perfiles
- Atención a equipos de SMT
- Cambios de modelos de tarjetas, recetas y programas

- Generación de gráficas de Pareto de parámetros de línea
Habilidades indispensables para el rol:
- Ing. o Carrera técnica en electrónica, mecatrónica o a fin
- Conocimiento de procesos de ensamble en PTH y SMT
- Manejo de equipos de Screen printer, hornos de reflujo y equipos de marcado laser
- Conocimiento en componentes electrónicos, manejo de router y cortado de tarjetas
- Experiencia de 1 año en el puesto (deseable)
- Manejo de computadora y Paquetería office
- Disponibilidad de Horario 3 turnos y descansos

Skills Required
- Degree in electronic or mechatronic engineering or related technical career
- Knowledge of SMT and PTH assembly processes
- Experience operating screen printers, reflow ovens, and laser marking equipment
- Knowledge of electronic components, PCB router operation and board cutting
- Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work rotating 3-shift schedules and assigned days off
- Approximately 1 year of experience in the role
