Diagnosticar y proporcionar servicio y reparaciones a los equipos del hotel, incluyendo sistemas eléctricos, de plomería, vapor, gas, seguridad contra incendios, HVAC y refrigeración, interiores, pintura y decoración; además de responder a consultas y problemas de manera eficiente, cordial y profesional para lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente, cumpliendo con todas las políticas de Four Seasons.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
Implementar y realizar el mantenimiento preventivo de todo el equipamiento y actualizar los registros correspondientes.
Diagnosticar y efectuar todas las reparaciones de equipos, incluidos motores, arrancadores, disyuntores, chillers y equipos asociados en todo el edificio.
Trabajar de manera armoniosa y profesional con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores.
Responder de manera oportuna a las solicitudes de los huéspedes relacionadas con el mantenimiento de habitaciones y equipos en habitaciones o áreas públicas.
Responder a todas las situaciones de emergencia, como incendios, fallas eléctricas, etc.
Limpiar todas las áreas del departamento de Ingeniería, trampas de grasa, desobstrucciones de plomería y mantener un departamento y hotel organizados.

Educación:
Educación secundaria completa o experiencia equivalente.
Experiencia:
