Job DescriptionEjecutar mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos de equipos, maquinaria y servicios del área de
producción con el fin de mantener las líneas de producción de acuerdo con los KPI’s (%tiempo muerto,
OEE, MTTR, MTBF) y cumplir con las políticas y valores de Robert Bosch.
- Mecánica; Solución de problemas técnicos, hidráulicos y mecánicos en el área de producción.
- Control eléctrico; Monitoreo y solución de fallas a nivel eléctrico y de programación básica (PLC, PC basado en controladores y microcontroladores y servidores), enfocadas en mejora de proceso.
- Mantenimiento productivo total (TPM): Eliminar perdidas asociadas con paros y calidad en los
procesos de producción. Aplicaciones de mantenimiento preventivos y predictivos, retroalimentación de mejoras encontradas. - Toma de decisiones bajo presión; Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con el fin de alcanzar
objetivos difíciles o para concretar acciones / decisiones para alcanzarlos objetivos específicos.
