El trabajo:

En Stanley Black & Decker buscamos un técnico/a comercial para el canal tradicional con perfil autónomo, dinámico y con ganas de aprender y trabajar en equipo. Con sólidos conocimientos técnicos en el mercado de herramientas, bricolaje y construcción, y con una alta sensibilidad comercial. Se valorará especialmente la facilidad para las relaciones interpersonales y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

Se requieren buenos conocimientos de herramientas informáticas, especialmente en el entorno Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint).

Deberá acompañar la labor de los Gestores Comerciales con sus conocimientos técnicos.

Funciones:

• Organizar formaciones para los vendedores de tienda de los principales clientes, promover y realizar demostraciones de productos a clientes finales, en coordinación con el Jefe de Ventas y el Gestor Comercial de la zona.

• Presentación y formación de productos de nuevas gamas, de todas las marcas y familias de productos.

• Participar en eventos de clientes, realizando demostraciones de productos y apoyo a la venta (furgoneta, carpa, muestras de productos, folletos, catálogos, material de merchandising, etc.).

• Implantación de material en el Punto de Venta: ayuda en la instalación de expositores en espacios comerciales, apoyo en la implantación de nuevas gamas o remodelación de tiendas y comunicación de campañas.

• Especial atención a las gamas y marcas profesionales: dominio de los conocimientos técnicos de las herramientas y su uso en diferentes escenarios (entorno de bricolaje o de obra).

• Eventos por profesión: promover eventos especiales en las tiendas de los clientes, especialmente enfocados en profesiones relacionadas con el mundo de la construcción: fontaneros, carpinteros, electricistas, trabajos en pladur o reformas de viviendas/espacios comerciales.

Tendrá autonomía para gestionar su agenda en coordinación con el Jefe de Ventas y los Gestores Comerciales.Es imprescindible experiencia en la conducción de furgonetas comerciales, ya que será una de las principales herramientas de trabajo.
