The Role

We are a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, and we're expanding our team! We are seeking a highly motivated AT&T Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team! As an AT&T Account Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers while representing one of the most respected brands in the industry. 

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Representative for AT&T, passionate about sales and customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for both face-to-face and field work, helping to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth for AT&T's products and services. Key responsibilities of the AT&T Account Representative:

  • Our AT&T Account Representative will be responsible for engaging in face-to-face sales activities with customers, promoting AT&T products and services to meet their needs.
  • Traveling to various field locations to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships to drive sales growth. 
  • Participate in daily AT&T Account Representative meetings to address and resolve any issues that have arisen. 
  • Assisting customers in selecting the best AT&T products and services based on their needs and preferences. 
  • Report on sales progress and provide feedback on customers' needs and market trends.
Key requirements of the AT&T Account Representative:
  • Performing face-to-face sales activities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing personalized service to new and existing customers. 
  • Traveling to different field locations with reliable transportation to conduct sales activities and attend promotional events. 
  • Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts and increase sales effectiveness. 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
