Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Systems Support Coordinator to join our Technology and Data Team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, coordinating multiple priorities, solving problems, and helping teams stay organized. Experience in technology or data is a bonus, but it is not required. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, confidence in using Microsoft applications, and the ability to coordinate work across a busy, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the intake, tracking, assignment, and follow-through of technology and data work orders.
- Help maintain visibility of project status, ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate team projects, meetings, schedules, and follow-up activities.
- Support staff training coordination and communication related to technology and data systems.
- Maintain accurate technology inventory and related records.
- Assist with state, federal, grant, and regulatory reporting by organizing requirements, documentation, deadlines, and supporting information.
- Help identify data quality concerns and coordinate follow-up with appropriate team members.
- Work collaboratively with Technology and Data staff, leadership, end users, and customer-facing teams to ensure requests and projects move forward efficiently.
- Provide responsive, professional customer service to staff seeking technology or data support.
- Assist with identifying workflow challenges and recommending practical improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when working with agency, employee, and client information.
- Take on other projects and responsibilities that support the priorities of the Technology and Data Team and NCSS.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong organization, scheduling, project coordination, and follow-through skills.
- The ability to prioritize multiple concurrent requests, projects, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- The ability to coordinate work across a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clear visibility of ownership, status, and dependencies.
- The ability to interpret reporting requirements, organize supporting documentation, and identify potential data quality concerns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify patterns, evaluate workflow issues, and recommend practical improvements.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute positively within a collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn new technology, systems, and processes.
Experience in technology or data is a bonus but not required. We value strong coordination, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills and are willing to help the right candidate learn the systems and processes specific to NCSS.
