Greet clients, manage a multi-line phone system, navigate electronic medical records and scheduling software, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical office, and maintain strict client confidentiality.

Provide case management and counseling to youth with emotional and behavioral disabilities: assess needs, create individualized care plans, deliver life-skills instruction, make community referrals, coordinate employment exploration and placements, and collaborate with partners to support youth transition and social functioning.

Provide school-based assessment, creation, and implementation of behavioral, therapeutic, and educational interventions. Train and consult with teachers, paraeducators, BI staff, families, and community providers. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans, apply PBIS, and work on interdisciplinary teams to recommend system-wide and individual supports in K-12 settings.

Provide diagnostic assessment, create treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy for students in public schools. Coordinate with families and schools, perform crisis screening/intervention, and refer students to other NCSS programs. Full-time, 200-day role aligned to the school calendar with some summer responsibilities.

Support daily operations and programming of a Therapeutic Community Residence, provide daytime direct support and skill-building for residents, coordinate staffing and resources, ensure Vermont DAIL compliance, collaborate with clinical and crisis teams, and maintain a safe, therapeutic living environment.

Manage insurance data in the electronic medical record, verify eligibility, support Medicaid enrollment, assist with client statements, and audit billing for compliance while maintaining confidentiality and supporting treatment teams.

Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in public schools using prescribed ABA interventions. Work onsite across Franklin and Grand Isle counties, follow program protocols, participate in training and professional development, collaborate with team members, and maintain communication and reliability to support student success.

Provide 1:1 ABA support to students with social, emotional, and behavioral deficits. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, summarize and interpret data, facilitate meetings with school staff and families, and supervise and train behavior interventionists. Build and maintain community partnerships. BCBA preferred; supervision and training provided.

Provide 1:1 behavioral support and skill instruction to students in public schools across Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Receive training/supervision in Applied Behavior Analysis, childhood trauma, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and children’s mental health. Work within school settings, participate in professional development, and benefit from paid vacations and an extensive benefits package.

Provide intensive, individualized stabilization support to clients with acute mental health needs, including 1:1 skills coaching, family/parenting support, case management, care coordination, documentation, and team collaboration to help clients remain safely in their homes or transition from higher levels of care.

Provide help-desk support, training, monitoring, and audits for the agency's electronic medical record to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. Troubleshoot user issues, deliver new-user orientation and ongoing training, perform routine record audits for billed charges, and advise on corrective actions.
