Overview 

We are seeking a highly organized, technical, and detail-oriented Systems & Reporting Manager to bridge the gap between dealer, operational, and vendor systems.  In this role you'll integrate technical data, performance metrics, comparative analyses and translate them into Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities 

  • Build, maintain, and extract customized reports from Dealer Management and third-party applications

  • Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for Dealership systems 

  • Train dealership staff on best practices to improve cross-departmental efficiency. 

  • Design and distribute scheduled data reports to executive management and department heads 

  • Extract, model, and compare performance metrics against regional and manufacturer benchmarks to highlight business opportunities

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all generated reports. 

  • Consistently update recurring KPI data and integrate fresh, ad-hoc data analysis to address trending business topics requested by ownership

  • Conduct targeted data mining and special analysis projects.

Qualifications & Skills 

  •  5–8 years of experience in data management (transforming raw data into clear, visual, executive-ready charts and slide decks)

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint (formulas, data comparisons, report formatting) 

  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership environment or adjacent high-volume sales, shipping, trucking, or logistics.

  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to identify trends, and present comparative performance data





Skills Required

  • 5-8 years of experience in data management, including transforming raw data into visual charts and executive-ready presentations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data comparisons, and report formatting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including report formatting and executive presentations
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership environment or adjacent high-volume sales, shipping, trucking, or logistics environment
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to identify trends and present comparative performance data
