Main responsibilities - You Will:
1. Report directly into MDS MEU Manufacturing Lead
2. Responsible to provide Progect Management and Project Delivery with regard to IT Applications in the European Manufacturing space.
3. The candidate will bring expertise in one or more of the following IT Manufacturing areas and IT capabilities: SAP, Manufacturing Execution, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, IOT, Integration.
4. In projects related to new applications adoption, upgrade, integration, the candidate will supervise the different project phases, from assessment, design, build, test, cut overs and hypercare, securing system integrity and functional expertise as needed across MEU region
4. The role will ensure Technical Project Management in order to drive project delivery in time and budget, with the related deliverables, according to Mondelez Standards and DevOps tools (Jira, QTest..)
5. Responsible to Support the EU Digital Agenda, understanding intake project needs, supporting assessment and prioritization.
6. Manage stakeholders, representing MDS Function upon needs.
What we need - Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, spoken and written, an additional language is a benefit
  • Process and Service Oriented in Manufacturing/Supply chain area
  • Business process savvy
  • Functional/technical skills in supported applications. Both SAP and Non-SAP.; DevOps
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project Management Skills

What you need to know about this position: The position is open at level 11; however, should you be the right candidate, we can also take level 9 or 10 into consideration
Travel requirements: Up to 20%

The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
