About the role

We are seeking skilled hands-on consultants and service delivery managers with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to join our System Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-implementation consultancy, designing, implementing and supporting technology solutions, L2 support, and ensuring optimal performance of our customers systems.

You will have the opportunity to work with all Veeva Vaults and Salesforce. This role requires an understanding of pharmaceutical or medical device processes, regulatory requirements, or advanced IT knowledge to support customer business objectives and optimize customer IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operations Preparations & Readiness such as defining the operations and maintenance processes, supporting systems setup, training and OCM.
• Service Delivery Management containing general application management, periodic review, customer care, reporting, coordination, and team management.
• Configuration & Change Management focussing on refining change requests and developing as well as testing technical solutions in Veeva Vault, Vault CRM and Salesforce.
• Veeva Release Management for our customers, wherein the tri-annual Veeva releases are evaluated and documented.
• System Administration such as level 2 support. Incident, problem, and request handling. Escalations as well as document authoring and review.
• Quality and Compliance Management encompass CSV approaches, documentation and risk management. Also user and audit trail reviews are in scope.
• Veeva Business & System Administration including level 1 support, business administration, master data management, user story authoring, standard change implementation as well as community management.
  

We offer this position in Denmark and Spain.

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in managing systems.

They are adept at troubleshooting complex issues, providing expert post-implementation support, and optimizing Veeva systems to enhance business operations. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.

On top of this, you have the following competences:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility to complete task under time constraints.
• Self-driven.

It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:

• Proficiency in Veeva systems (e.g. QD, QMS, VT, CTMS, CDMS, CMS, PromoMats etc.).
• Foreign language knowledge (in addition to English).
• Proven experience as an IT consultant in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (GxP).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful IT projects, preferably with some Agile experience.
• Best practices in IT service management (ITIL).
• Valid Veeva certification
