Job Description

Your Focus:

• Demonstrate competency with MSTR’s Salesforce.com to effectively support business initiatives and needs. 
• Understand basic booking/order processing issues related to license, services, and maintenance. 
• Provide system support to the organization, ensuring quality assurance activities to maintain data accuracy in CRM System, Quote System, SharePoint, and reports. 
• Support enhancements and testing to internal systems
• Utilize SQL or Salesforce SOQL to perform data queries and analyses. 
• Use, create, and update analytics dashboards using MicroStrategy's software, Aqueduct. 
• Collaborate with the internal Aqueduct team to identify, resolve, and provide requirements for updates and enhancements to existing dashboards. 
• Form relationships with internal partners to foster better operational insights and actions. 
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence analytics. 
• This position requires the employee to work four days a week in the Tysons Corner, VA office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably operations, data analytics, engineering, finance, economics, or other analytical field 1-2 years of related experience 
• Robust analytical skill set, Excel proficiency required, experience with MicroStrategy or other BI tools not required but a positive
• Deadline driven, self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task 
• Solid team player with ability to influence
• Experience and familiarity of the business intelligence analytics industry a positive 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
