Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support Cerner Scheduling (Win32) systems
- Work with Cerner Scheduling and Registration (Win32 and Revenue Cycle)
- Perform basic system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Support revenue cycle processes like billing and registration
- Ensure appointments are set up correctly for accurate charge capture
- Fix system issues and provide ongoing support
- Work with teams to improve scheduling and registration workflows
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience Design, Build and Trouble shooting
- Healthcare & Cerner Support
- Cerner Scheduling both Win32 and Revenue Cycle
- Ability to develop a foundational understanding of Cerner EHR systems and healthcare workflows (focus on pharmacy, often prefer pharm tech, or lab - lab techs, or radiology - rad techs)
- Ability to support analysis of healthcare data, reports, and operational metrics
- Ability to assist in understanding clinical, operational, and administrative healthcare processes
- Analysis & Reporting
- Ability to perform basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or issues
- Ability to prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders
- Ability to support documentation of processes, observations, and findings
- Process & Delivery Support
- Ability to follow defined SOPs, workflows, and quality standards
- Ability to assist with testing, validation, or support activities under guidance
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional and global teams to meet delivery timelines
- Communication & Collaboration
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members through written and verbal updates
- Ability to translate data or technical observations into simple, business friendly language
- Ability to participate in team meetings and training sessions to build domain expertise
- Core Skills:
- Basic understanding of healthcare systems and EHR concepts
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn Cerner modules, tools, and healthcare workflows
- Technical & Tool Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic analysis, charts, pivot tables)
- Exposure to data or reporting tools (nice to have, not mandatory)
- Communication Skills;
