Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Platform Ownership & Delivery
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle (implementation, upgrades, migrations and operations) of LKS platforms, including:
- Ixiasoft CCMS
- Seclore DRM
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- VFI platforms
- Translation Management Systems
- Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, reliable, and user‑centric.
- Drive execution with urgency—identify issues early, remove blockers, and deliver outcomes.
Technical Leadership (Hands‑On)
- Apply prior experience as a software developer or IT systems administrator to guide architecture, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Lead enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and major releases.
- Ensure sound system design, clean integrations, and operational excellence.
- Maintain strong technical credibility with IT, architects, admins, and vendors.
People, Content & Systems Leadership
- Lead and develop a global team spanning:
- Platform administrators
- Content ontology and information architecture
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, SLAs, and escalation models.
- Align content structure, metadata, and system capabilities to maximize reuse, discoverability, and scalability.
Strategy, Architecture & Roadmap
- Partner closely with LKS leadership and Corporate IT to align business strategy with technical architecture.
Business, IT & Vendor Partnership
- Serve as the systems leader interfacing with LKS business leaders, Corporate IT, Cybersecurity, and vendors.
- Communicate clearly and influence effectively at executive, business, and technical levels.
AI, Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Stay current with AI, automation, content intelligence, and learning technologies.
- Drive practical AI adoption to improve:
- Content creation and reuse
- Search, discovery, and personalization
- Translation efficiency
- Learning analytics and automation
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years’ experience in enterprise systems and platforms.
- Prior hands‑on experience as a developer and/or IT systems administrator.
- Proven experience leading:
- Enterprise system implementations and upgrades
- SaaS and platform transformations
- Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.
- Prior experience working in multinational companies in global roles.
- Excellent communicator with a bias for action.
- Go‑getter mindset—dynamic, proactive, and results‑driven.
- Operates comfortably at strategy + execution levels.
- Builds trust quickly across cultures, geographies, and functions.

Skills Required
