About the role

Lead the productization of high performance computing chips across silicon, boards, firmware, drivers and servers - from first bring-up through validation, production and customer delivery. Own technical readiness, system performance and stability.

What you will be responsible for:

• Architecture: Translate inference workloads into board, host, interconnect, power, cooling and serviceability requirements. Define interfaces and hardware–software responsibilities.
• Bring-up and debugging: Prepare for silicon arrival and lead cross-layer diagnosis. Use logs, telemetry and controlled experiments to establish root causes and verify fixes.
• Validation and delivery: Define workload, sustained-operation, recovery and production tests. Lead design and release reviews, and close customer issues.
• Technical leadership: Coordinate engineering teams and ODM/JDM design and validation deliverables. Resolve schedule, quality, cost and performance trade-offs.

How you will stand out:

• Degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent expertise; assess seniority through delivered products and actual ownership.
• Led at least one server or accelerator platform through a complete cycle from new-silicon bring-up and system validation to production or customer delivery; able to explain personal technical decisions.
• Deep expertise in board hardware, firmware or low-level software, with cross-layer diagnostic ability covering PCIe, memory, power/reset, Linux drivers and BIOS/BMC interactions.
• Ability to translate inference requirements into system tests, connect performance and power behavior with stability, and lead cross-team root-cause resolution.
• ODM co-development and cross-functional leadership experience; effective technical communication in English and ability to meet location and on-site work requirements.
• Preferred qualifications: High Performance Computing ASIC/data-center GPU experience; multi-accelerator interconnects, liquid cooling or high-power systems; experience at both silicon and server companies; first-generation delivery in a small team.
