Job Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition integration and implementing of location-level and corporate-level reporting systems.
- Empower locations to utilize FMS and CRM tools to drive customer growth and realize operational efficiencies.
- Train and support locations on existing FMS / CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, FieldEdge, etc.) ensuring base-level reporting capabilities for all.
- Standardize location-level data necessary to populate corporate-level operations dashboards.
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or a similar field.
- Local to Dallas, Texas or willing to relocate.
- 5+ years of home services trades experience, preferably in residential HVAC, plumbing or electric trades.
- Knowledge of Field Service Management software (“FMS”) such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, FieldEdge and other similar tools.
- Servant leader with an ability to build strong working relationships.
- Demonstrable time spent in multi-location business environments.
- Travel to locations as required.
- Work from office five days a week.
