We are looking for a highly motivated Integration & Test Engineer to support the Next‑Gen OPIR GEO (NGG) program, based primarily in Longmont, Colorado. In this role you will integrate and verify key capabilities needed for the launch of two space vehicles while working closely with multiple Scrum teams—including software, hardware, systems engineering, and test—to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration. You will follow a 9×80 schedule (nine‑hour days, every other Friday off) and may be called upon for occasional on‑call support during off hours or weekend shifts to support operational equipment, participating in both developmental work that meets major program milestones and depot Level 2 activities that handle operations, test support, and the maintenance and checkout of our operational systems.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of in‑house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems.
  • Translate customer contractual needs into test solutions that respect technical, schedule, and cost constraints, establish functional and technical specifications, resolve hardware‑software interface issues, and define input/output parameters to ensure full system integration.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules; coordinate subsystem and system testing activities with program teams and other organizations.
