Job Description

A Systems Integration Engineer in Systems Integration Team is responsible for system level integration of TETRA / Dimetra IP systems.

The project and the team offer a lot of possibilities to grow as a System Engineer. There is a great environment to learn the best practices of integration of complex communication systems; enhance the protocols, interfaces and system security knowledge.

We are mainly looking for engineers with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills  in areas of IP networking, operating systems and systems integration skills but we are also open for newly graduated engineers who want to develop their system level skills in a highly effective and experienced team.

Main duties:

• Analysis of system requirements for Dimetra IP systems working in TETRA standard.

• Systems configurations preparation  for Transport  Network, Base Stations, Core Servers, all SW applications, all interfaces, mobile subscribers.. .) for system level integration tests.

• Logs analysis and initial troubleshooting and debugging.

• Working with a number of additional tools that are used for debugging and analysis.

• Systems administration and maintenance.

• Support during integration tests execution.

• Collaboration with Architects and System Designers and boxes development teams.

• Environmental automatization

Basic Requirements

• Professional education in science domain, graduated in or during studies of Telecommunication, Information and Communications Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Automation or related

• Knowledge of IP networks (v4), routing protocols in IP networks, knowledge of TCP/IP

• Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows 10/11, Windows Server.

• Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to gain new knowledge and career development in the field of systems engineering

• Goal oriented approach

• English language at a level that allows free communication.

Additional skills will be an advantage:

• Experience in building IP networks and configuration of network devices

• Experience with servers hosting Linux OS and virtualization

• Basic network traffic analysis skills with Wireshark

• Basic telecommunications knowledge

• Basic scripting skills (python, java)
