Your Role

The Systems Integration Analyst is a hybrid Business Analyst, Automation Strategist, and Builder who helps the region work smarter at scale. The role operates at the intersection of practice needs, business operations, and technology, translating real-world workflows into elegant, reliable systems that drive measurable impact.

This position is intentionally hands-on and builder-focused. The Systems Integration Analyst sees friction as opportunity, takes time to understand the full system before designing solutions, and turns “wouldn’t it be great if…” ideas into shipped, working tools that teams actually use.

Partnering closely with practitioners and operational teams, this role improves how work gets done, both internally and in service of our clients, through thoughtful automation, actionable data, and well-designed digital workflows that scale with the business.

What You Will Do

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

  • Partner with practice, operations, and leadership teams to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Map and document current-state workflows to ensure solutions address the right problems before automation begins.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear system requirements and scalable technical designs.
  • Serve as the bridge between how people work today and how systems can better support that work.

Automation & Systems Integration

  • Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and system integrations to streamline and standardize processes.
  • Own solutions end-to-end—from concept and prototyping through testing, launch, iteration, and long-term adoption.
  • Deliver smart, scalable automations that improve accuracy, speed, and consistency across teams.
  • Continuously identify manual workarounds and friction points as candidates for future automation.

Data & Insights

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and supporting data models that provide actionable insights to teams and leadership.
  • Ensure data is reliable, well-structured, and easy to interpret for non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner across roles, seniority levels, and disciplines.
  • Present and teach solutions to mixed audiences, from technical users to executive leadership.
  • Gather feedback post-launch and continuously refine tools to improve usability and impact.
  • Train and support team members to ensure new tools and automated workflows are adopted effectively and used with confidence.
  • Microsoft 365 Ecosystem Expertise, including:
    • Power Automate
    • Power Apps
    • Power BI (data modeling, DAX basics, report design)
    • SharePoint (site design, permissions, metadata)
  • Strong business analysis and systems thinking skills—understands how pieces connect before building.
  • Process mapping and workflow design skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical partners.
  • Rapid prototyping mindset—able to move from whiteboard sketch to working MVP quickly.
  • Growing proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and prompt engineering.
  • Scripting and formula experience (JSON, Excel formulas, SQL, Dataverse, and Power Platform solution packaging).
  • Bonus (not required, but valuable):
    • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
    • JavaScript, Python, and custom API experience
    • UX/UI sensibility and strong visual hierarchy
    • AEC, architecture, or design industry experience

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent real-world experience.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems integration, automation, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience delivering real, production-ready automations or applications.
  • Portfolio or examples of built solutions strongly preferred.

Expectations

  • Demonstrates clear, positive impact through tools and workflows that improve how the firm serves clients.
  • Enables teams to do more work in less time—or better work in the same amount of time.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Receives feedback openly and translates it into better solutions.
  • Owns projects fully, even when timelines are fuzzy or briefs evolve.
  • Closes the loop—follows up, confirms delivery, and ensures solutions stick.
  • Embodies a builder mentality: curious first, builds second; asks “why” before “how.”
